In the summer of 2024, Vision Tower Productions (VTP), in collaboration with AMM Productions, delivered a series of five impactful recruitment videos designed to support the NHS in its vital mission to attract, inspire, and onboard new midwives within the Kent & Medway area.

This project took place across six hospitals within four distinct NHS trusts, situated in the picturesque region often referred to as the Garden of England. The videos highlight the exceptional skills, unwavering dedication, and compassionate care provided by the midwifery teams, while also capturing the profound joy and transformative experience of new parenthood. By combining emotive storytelling with professional cinematography, these videos serve as a powerful tool to encourage prospective midwives to join a rewarding and essential profession, reinforcing the NHS’s commitment to delivering world-class maternity care.
